Machine description

Used continuous finishing line for steel flat bar and strip, second-hand and for sale complete with 15 in-line stations. Entry section: DIMECO decoiler with expanding mandrel, roller straightener, welder, drive unit and loop table. Surface preparation: FISHER inline shot blasting machine with dust collector and suspended brush-shear. Sizing section: cold, dry 2-high rolling stand, continuous tension straightener and Zumbach USYS laser gauge. Exit section: pneumatic shear, cut-to-length shear, bar run-out conveyor and product-specific coil recoiler. Schneider Electric Magelis operator panel with bar and coil modes. Applications
